Any other website, application, or service claiming to represent Flash Sol is unauthorized and not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of unauthorized sites or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using flashsollab.com ("the Site"), registering an account, making a payment, submitting content, or using any services provided, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

3. Description of Service

Flash Sol is an AI video token launchpad on Solana that allows creators to launch tokens backed by 30-second AI-generated videos. Community members may watch videos, trade tokens on the bonding curve, vote on tokens, and participate in platform game modes including Pump Race, Golden Snipe, and Arena Deathmatch.

4. Fees

Token launch fee: 10% of initial SOL deposit (minimum 0.1 SOL to launch)
Graduation fee: 0.5 SOL (collected when a token graduates to Raydium)
Flash loan graduation fee: 3% platform fee
Golden Snipe tax: 0.5% of all platform volume (feeds the jackpot pool)
All payments are processed on-chain via Solana-compatible wallets (Phantom, MetaMask via Snaps, or other compatible wallets). Flash Sol does not custody your funds.
Fees are subject to change. Current fees are displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Refund Policy

All transactions on Flash Sol are executed on the Solana blockchain and are final and non-refundable. Token launches, graduation fees, and trading transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain. Flash Sol is not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion, insufficient funds, or wallet errors. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming.

6. Content Guidelines

By submitting a video, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have all necessary rights to the content
The content does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
The content does not contain illegal activity, hate speech, explicit sexual content, extreme violence, harassment, or threats
The content does not promote illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous activities
You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or refuse to air any content at our sole discretion, without refund. We are not obligated to provide a reason for rejection.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLASH SOL, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or services
Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
Any damages arising from the conduct of any third party on the Site
Any damages arising from content submitted by Contestants or messages sent by Viewers
Any technical failures, interruptions, or downtime of the platform
The outcome or reception of any performance aired on the platform
Any interaction between Contestants and Viewers, whether on or off the platform

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any content will be accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee any specific number of viewers, votes, or level of audience engagement for any performance.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flash Sol and its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) any content you submit; or (e) any messages you send through the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

Contestants retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting content to Flash Sol, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform, our YouTube channel, and associated social media accounts for the purpose of operating the service. All Flash Sol branding, logos, design elements, and platform code are our exclusive property.

11. Cryptocurrency Risk

All tokens launched on Flash Sol are cryptocurrencies on the Solana blockchain. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments. No guarantees of value, returns, or price appreciation are made or implied. Token value may go to zero. Only purchase what you can afford to lose entirely. Flash Sol is not responsible for any financial losses related to tokens launched on the platform. Cryptocurrency involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.

12. Messaging and Subscriber Content

Subscribers may send text messages and GIFs to Contestants through the platform. Flash Sol is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users. We reserve the right to moderate, filter, or remove messages at our sole discretion. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and illegal content are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, chargebacks, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flash Sol regarding the use of the Site and services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
